Overview —
A redundant mixed use building was demolished to create 42 short let hotel apartments with retail at ground floor. Papa brokered a deal and all associated planning criteria for Tesco to take the entire ground floor. Although this was a design and build procurement route, Papa were employed to fully detail and specify the building thus allowing the building to maintain quality.
The building was designed to be sympathetic to the adjacent Victorian buildings and opposite station, Kilburn High Road.
