Overview —
Six luxury apartments comprising 2-4 bedrooms, all ensuite, were designed within an 1850 Grade II listed building. The design maximized daylight and access to outside space with sunken gardens, lightwells and a roof garden designed by Richard Noble.
The high specification interiors included multi room audio visual systems and air conditioning, a material palette of Travertine and American walnut and furniture provided by Andrew Martin International. The properties were showcased and could be purchased fully furnished.
This project was shortlisted for idFX British Interior Design Association Awards in 2005 and was widely published.
