Overview —

As part of the urban regeneration of Hoxton in the London Borough of Hackney a single storey dilapidated building was demolished to create 14 residential units on a prominent corner location, opposite the yard of St. John the Baptist Church and fitting the mixed streetscape of Georgian buildings and post war social housing.
