Overview —
The developers asked Papa Architects to collaborate on this redevelopment in the heart of Nicosia's commercial district.
Papa's solution maximized the site area by using 3 towers to give each apartment an entire floor and at least two balconies set around a naturally shady core to generate passive ventilation and to combat temperatures as high as 45 degrees for two months each year.
Community gardens are provided on the rooftops and a gym and retail spaces at ground level.
