Overview —

This triangular site in Islington needed careful consideration due to the varying scales of the surrounding buildings. Papa's solution for the new build development was to create a fragmented block to fit within the streetscape. The land had to be decontaminated prior to work commencing as it was on a redundant petrol station and garage.

The design incorporated 14 apartments, a 3 bedroom penthouse with terraces on four sides and a large gymnasium.
