Overview —
Papa designed a luxury gated development in a prestigious district of Limassol overlooking the sea and the World Heritage Site of Amathus. The value of these residential units exceeds those previously attained in Cyprus.
Each block comprises 4 flats, the top units are duplex with generous external terraced gardens and the ground floor units have large expanses of garden. The 7 blocks sit within a harmonious landscape including two community swimming pools.Ikon Heights was awarded Best Architecture (Multiple Units), International Property Awards 2007 before the project was completed.
