Overview —

Papa Architects worked with the site owner to develop a landlocked brownfield site, inserting three houses and 6 two bedroom flats by creating an internal courtyard garden. This design overcame the primary planning issue of overlooking neighbouring properties and gave each new single aspect dwelling a garden view through their fully glazed curtain wall. Planning permission was granted by the London Borough of Islington.
