Overview —

Three houses have been designed to cope with a challenging steep site with steps down the mountain providing optimum sea views for all properties. The properties are distinct in their design to meet the requirements of the three owners. In contrast to the traditional developer approach, the brief was to reinterpret traditional village houses and their relationships to each other maintaining privacy, using the properties to create shade and lowering the impact of cars on the site.
